Cancellation Policy - Your services are reserved especially for you. We realize life happens causing a change in plans. To avoid cancellation and no show charges please notify us of changes or cancellations to your reservation 24 hours in advance. Radiant Beauty Lounge is open by appointment only therefore a 24 hour cancellation or change in reservation is required as a courtesy for service providers and to allow the opportunity for someone else to reserve an appointment. Cancel for free up to 24 hours ahead, otherwise you can be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up. Any future appointments made after a no call/no show may require a deposit to reserve services. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support! Our passion is to bring you the best services and devote our focus solely on you during each and every visit.

Late Arrival Policy - If a client is more than 20 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled appointment time. In special cases, and when our schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival

Visitor Policy - Due to intimate studio space at Radiant Beauty Lounge, we cannot accommodate the needs of children, while preserving the atmosphere we believe is so important to every client who enters our studio and though we love children, (As a mother myself.) We ask that you make child care arrangements prior to your appointment. Please respect this policy and accept our appreciation for your understanding.

Appointment reminders - As a courtesy, we will email, call or text you to remind you of your appointment prior to your scheduled date and time. If we cannot reach you, it is your responsibility to remember all scheduled appointments.

Refund Policy-Not everyone is a candidate for eyelash extensions, therefore a refund will not be given in an event of an allergic reaction. Allergic reactions can not be predicted and is not through fault of the service. If you have had a reaction to eyelash extensions in the past, or suffer from sensitive eyes, please book in for a consultation prior, for a patch test or consider other options such as lash lifting. A refund is not entitled if you change your mind and decide you no longer want lash extensions, however, Radiant Beauty Lounge does offer a complimentary removal of lashes applied in the salon within a 48 hour period, please contact Radiant Beauty Lounge immediately. All lash extensions are performed at the clients request and no refund will be issued for a finished treatment.
